Rental Information
Sovereign House is located in a unique, picturesque location and has a historic ambiance. Rent the north wing of the House for your next event or special occasion. The room can accommodate up to 45 people depending on the chair and table arrangement. We have tables, chairs, and some equipment available for your use (see list below). You are welcome to visit the House to see the facilities firsthand. Please call or email the property manager to arrange an appointment.

Available for use:
Furniture that is permanently in the room:
- two tables (5’x3’)
- one square antique table (45”x45)
You may also book:
- up to 45 folding chairs
- up to 5 white plastic lawn chairs
- up to 6 folding tables (5’x2.5’)
- up to 2 large folding tables (6’x2.5’)
- up to 8 small square folding tables (3’x3’)
The following equipment is available for use at no extra charge:
- coat rack
- projection screen
- flip chart (provide your own paper)
- teapots
- coffee urn
